What Is the Service Fee?
When you use qIJAZt, you are paying for the time and expertise of a live travel agent who searches flight options and assists you with your booking. This is separate from the cost of your airline ticket. The service fee is charged by qIJAZt, not by the airline.
When Is the Fee Charged?
Your agent will inform you of the exact service fee during your call, before any booking is confirmed. You will not be charged the service fee unless you agree to proceed. The airline ticket cost is charged at the time of booking through the booking channel.
Refunds
The qIJAZt service fee is non-refundable once your booking has been processed, as it covers the agent time and booking assistance provided. If you need to cancel or change your flight, the airline's own cancellation and refund policies will apply to the ticket price. Our agents can assist you in understanding the airline's policies at the time of booking.
What We Don't Control
qIJAZt does not set airfares. We do not guarantee any specific price. Flight availability and pricing change constantly and are determined by the airlines and booking systems, not by qIJAZt. Our agents search available options in real time during your call.
